I’ve been meaning to post about this for a while. A new comicbook is on the horizon. Tony Furtado is an incredible writer/artist whose work I have admired for a long time. Tony and I ‘met’, geez, it HAS to be over 10 years ago via email and we’ve remained in contact ever since. We’ve dance around various projects to work on…either with me or with Barry and I WON (ok, ok, it’s a draw because Tony’s work is also at the 01comics.com site–but I still claim victory)!!! Tony has laid his leads and brush to “Becky’s Alien”.
Tony’s work can be seen in Heavy Metal, as well as doing his own books
Tween and Elf and Troll. Everything by Tony is a must read– filled with oodles of visual “oooohhhs” and “aaaaaahhhhs” and damn fine writting.
